Please review the following before beginning your application:

A contractor is required if the cost of construction exceeds $25,000.  For more contractor information, see our Contractor Licensing Requirements.

Some signs require drawings signed and sealed by a licensed design professional.  For more information, see our Sign Permit Requirements.

All signs require a set of drawings.  In addition to the above requirements, further drawings may be requested at the discretion of the Chief Building Official.  Be prepared to upload the drawings at the end of the application.

The plans review fee will be due upon submission of this application.  It is based on cost of construction and is 15% of the cost of the building permit.
