Please review the following before beginning your application:
All new commercial buildings are required to go through the site review process in addition to building plans review. This is separate from the building permit review, but can be concurrent. In order to avoid any unnecessary delays, please read about Site Review Requirements and contact Tonya Young with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A contractor is required if the cost of construction exceeds $25,000. For more contractor information, see our Contractor Licensing Requirements.
To determine if a licensed architect or engineer is required, see our Design Professional Requirements.
All commercial projects require a set of drawings. In addition to the above requirements, further drawings may be requested at the discretion of the Chief Building Official. Be prepared to upload the drawings at the end of the application.
Online submission of this application requires payment of the plans review fee.
